Ok so if I get the iPhone 5 next month could I return it after a few months to apple, get my money back and buy the 5s. Or could I claim something to be wrong with the iPhone 5 (even though there isn't anything wrong with the iphone 5) that falls within the warranty parameters that would allow me to get my money back

I had a lot of photos in one album so I decided to move it in another. Now I want to delete the pictures I moved from the original album but everything I try it only says delete from everywhere. I tried clicking on the arrow from the bottom of the picture to see if I could delete it from there but that also doesn't work either.
I got my iphone 4 from my friend and it got music and apps still on it. Should i restore it before i go to at&t to get a plan and a sim card?
I'm trying to decide on a case but i'm having issues figuring out which one to get. I've heard that the lifeproof muffles your speakers and makes the screen hard to use, but i enjoy the look of it. The defender has a nice screen protector and is very resistant, but the silicone stretches a lot over time. The vapor pro seems to be reliable, especially with the carbon fiber back. The only issue i see is that there's no screen protector. I'd love to know which one is the most reliable and convenient. Please ignore the price, i just want to know which is the best to have for protection, mainly dirt and dropping it.
My iphones contract will end the end of this december and i want to know what will happen. Can i still play my apps and stuff?

My iPhone can google up stuff from safari and all that but it won't connect with all my apps and most of my apps are online games so… Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't most of the time it won't connect to 3g and my app will say Can't CONNECT TO SERVER i have reset network and setting but its ineffective

The problems that I'm having are… I have deleted messages on my laptop, yet they still show up on my phone. AND I've tried the swiping thing and I do NOT get a delete button. So please have other options besides swipe and delete button appears.
If it matters, I'm using 3gs and I should have the latest facebook update.
I know that it is not too popular but it is the cheapest for us. I'm thinking about saving my money for a nexus 4 and was wondering if a sim cutter would work (Mini Sim to Micro Sim). I really like the nexus 4 but it is a cool looking phone (if it ever gets in stock again).
