How to perminantly delete Invisible bookmarks on IPhone

I've had invisible book marks appearing on my iPhone pages! They've been bugging me for years, I had the same thing on my iPhone 3G and when I upgraded to iPhone 4S it stoppe appearing up until six months ago!
I can delete them but every time I restart my phone it keeps popping up!
Please help me get rid of them cause they really irritate me!

Added (1). So they're not 100% invisible… They're transparent to be more precise!
And my phone is an iPhone 4S unlocked and have never been jail broken!

What is a HDR photo on iPhone 5?

In the iphone 5 photo setting it says HDR, what's the difference between a normal photo and HDR because it takes longer to save? Does it take up more space?

Using the OneNote app on my iPhone with OneNote on my computer?

I wanted to be able to access on my iPhone the documents that I have already created on OneNote on my computer, so I downloaded the OneNote iPhone app. It told me to create a SkyDrive account, so I did, and then I uploaded the notebook I want to SkyDrive. I then went into the OneNote app on my iPhone and tried to sync it, but nothing is happening. What am I doing wrong?

IPhone Screen not responding properly. Setting error?

I'm not sure what I've pressed but I think it's something to do with the settings. I literally got this phone the other day so I'd hope it's not broken.

So what happens is when i press anything on the screen that object is highlighted with a white outlines box but what I want to use is not pressed. I can't use the phone for anything at the moment because this keeps happening. It doesn't respond to all of my touches well at all and when I do it only outlines the icon as I said.

There's also the computer speaking in a male siri like voice, whenever I press a button (which is never pressed, only highlighted) for example If i hit slide to unlock it will say "Slide to unlock" in the robot voice, or if I hit 6 it will say "Six". Not sure if this is related or something I configured while trying to solve the issue in a panic.

But yeah Please help me out if you have any suggestions, It was working fine then suddenly this just started happening and it is a huge frustration as I just got this and I can't use my phone!

Can you unlock iPhone 5 with R-SIM if it's not activated?

My brand new iPhone 5 is locked on T-Mobile Austria carrier. I can't activate it with my Telenor sim card. So it's not activated. I ordered R-SIM 7 and my question is, can you unlock it with R-SIM if it's still not activated?
