I had gotten a blizzard warning on my iPhone at about midnight when I was sleeping, and it scared me to death! I'm not sure what kind of sound it was, but it was loud and obnoxious. Is there any way to turn those off? I don't mind being woken up by an alarming sound if there's like a tornado warning, but not for blizzards.
I would like to create an iphone application but i have no coding or graphic skills. Where can i find someone who's skilled and inexpensive to help.

I Really Don't Want to Pay Even More Just Because I Have to Drive to Detroit
I have 1, 500 photos on my phone, and a sad few are backed up. The phone hasn't been synced to a computer, and the iCloud storage I have isn't big enough for all of the photos.
Here is how it's acting. I started the upgrade when I went to bed. About halfway through the night I checked it, and the download appeared to be half done (I saw an apple logo with a half full loading bar below it). The next morning the loading bar hadn't changed. I tried turning it off, and nothing happened. I tried to reboot the battery by pushing the hold button (power) and the home button simultaneously. The screen went black and the apple logo reappeared. After that, the logo flashed a few times over the next few days. I let the battery die completely, and then plugged it in again. It displayed the empty battery sign, and after a while it went back to the apple logo. Four days after the initial crash, for no apparent reason, the screen turned blue for about a minute, and then returned to the apple logo. It usually seems to be overheating, too.
The most important thing is that the photos be saved, seconded by saving my notes. I called Apple and they made it sound unlikely that anything would be saved. However, every other tech-minded person I've spoken to believes that the phone should just be plugged into a computer that doesn't have iTunes.
What do I do? I have an appointment at an Apple store today, but I'm very concerned that they won't care about the photos, and will just wipe my phone because that's the easiest way.
When I try to download oovoo on my computer it lets me get to the language setting then it just randomly closes out. It works fine on my iphone but won't let me download on computer. Do you know why?
Giving myself a project of creating a film piece for uni that must last at least 1 hour… The twist is that I'm only allowed to use a non-conventional method of filiming or in other words I can only use Iphone/Ipod touch or a smartphone camera.

On my PC, it was easy, I could just go onto the devices menu and copy my pictures onto the computer so I could clear more space on my iPhone, however on my iMac, I can't find any way of doing this! I'd like to do it manually if possible, rather than doing it via Bluetooth or whatever.
So my cousin dropped my iPhone 5 in the toilet (I know).it was in there for like five or six seconds. When he took it out it was fine except the screen would not work. What should we do?
Not sure exactly what happened, but all of a sudden a month or two ago people can't hear me when I'm trying to talk to them on the phone unless I put it on speaker phone. I've searched the web so this is a long shot, but any magical fixes out there! I've tried taking it to the Apple store and they are no help, I'm no longer under warranty or something like that.
My phone fell in the sink and I dried it off and turned it off and put it in some rice like I saw online. When I turned it back on, the camera light turned on and would not turn off. I tried restarting it, closing all the apps. What should I do?
