I have a iphone 4 and i just got done rebooting my computer.well it seems like i can't seem to transfer new music from my computer to my iphone. I tried "Sync with this iphone over Wi-Fi" but its not syncing my phone. The option isn't there for me to click on my phone either. So i was thinking if i could transfer my music from my iphone to the computer… Unfortunately i can't seem to find the solution to that as well… So what can i do? I have over 700 songs and i don't wanna go and 'sync music' cuz it will reset all my music. Is there another way i can do it? Am i doing it wrong?
Added (1). I tried 'manually manage music and videos' but it shows up saying that, 'An iphone can be synced with only one itunes library at a time. Erasing and syncing replaces the contents of this iphone with the contents of this iphone with the contents of this itunes library.'

We have Wi-fi in our job, only a guy who owns an IPhone is able to use his Wi-Fi, the others persons who own other smartphone can't connect to Wi-Fi in our company. Why?
