Is this potential roommate sketchy?

So, I'm just out of college, and I'm job hunting. I do have some money saved up from a part-time job, but not enough to afford a decent apartment on my own. A mutual friend introduced me to this guy, who is 23. My friend tells me he graduated from an Ivy but doesn't have any student loans (financial aid and part time job) and got recruited right out of college to work as an investment banker. I talked to him a couple times. He seems nice and friendly, but the first thing that jumped out at me is how rich he seemed. He was wearing a different suit each time I saw him, drive a pretty nice car, and had the latest iPhone. I know investment bankers make a lot, so I was wondering why he needed a roommate. He told me something about cutting costs so he can invest more in the stock market. That is a reasonable answer, but I still feel that it's kind of sketchy. Am I right to have that feeling?

Why is the iphone considered groundbreaking?

Why do people treat the iphone like the industrial revolution. Smartphones have been around since the early 90s and the whole world lost their minds over it like they had never seen a smartphone before.

Iphone 6s plus, better with the 2 year contract or without?

I'm trying to decide is if I should buy the iphone 6s plus with the two year contract that it comes with or just pay the 600+ dollars and buy it in full. I did the math and I would end up have paid close to the same in two years but which one is really better to choose?

Importing videos from iPhone to PChas no sound?

I imported my videos for my YouTube video I need to upload tomorrow onto my PC and there's NO sound in it.

Is there any way to fix this? I know it isn't the video itself but rather the format/video player on my computer.

Someone messaged me their location?

Someone named "Maybe: Brooke" sent me a text message on my iphone and said it's Brooke and then she gave me her location which was 20 hours away from my location. I reported the message to junk and turned off "contacts found in apps" in settings on my iPhone. Why would someone give me their location and how does a random person get my number? I'm just worried that something bad might happen because she gave me her location. Her number was not in my contacts I don't know this person
