I lost my iphone, what can I do?

I left my iphone in the bathroom at school and someone took the phone after they found out. At first when I called the phone, it was ringing. After 5 times of calling, the girl who has the phone turned off the phone and it went straight to voice mail. I called again tonight and she turned it back on but then off cause I kept calling her. My iphone has a pass code so she can't go through it unless she restores my iphone. I don't have the find my iphone app either. D: What can I do?

I have an iphone 4 (picture message problem)?

I was on the phone to somebody i know, and tried to send a picture message, it failed, so i tried again, which also failed. I got the failed signal (Red circle with an escalation mark) i was wondering, will i need to manually send it to again, or will it automatically send when i get off of my call.

When i get off the phone. Will the message automatically send to the person i originally tried to send it to, or will i need to do it manually.

Why does my iphone 5 say unknown when receiving a call?

When I receive a phone call, my phone's caller i.d says unknown. It doesn't matter if I have the caller in my contact list. Does anybody by any chance know how to fix this? I have an iPhone 5 on the sprint carrier. Thank you

Added (1). It's not that, I've called myself from another phone to see what would happen. No luck

I'm going to buy an iphone 4s tomorow its on the sprint network.sprint is costing me about $200 a month for 2 lines. I want to move to a cheaper phone company perferably prepaid. Would i be able to switch the iphone to straight talk? Or any other prepaid company?

Okay so I have the iPhone 4 and my battery has always been average but recently it's been going down so fast I charge it every night an over night I've always done that my mom said maybe I " over charged it" but that sounds kinda stupid haha can anyone tell me why this is happening and what I can do thanks.

Volume bar missing on iPhone 4s?

It has done this before, but now it's constant. I dropped it in the toilet the other day, so i immediately took it out and put it into rice for a few. It seemed to be working, so I took it back out. Everything works besides the sound. When I try to listen to music externally, the volume bar is missing. It occasionally works with headphones plugged in. I've tried hooking it up to itunes, turning it off/ back on, blowing into it, but nothing works.
What should I do to get the sound to work?
