My iphone says it's charging but it's not?
So my iphone says that it's charging but the battery percentage keeps going down. It was working fine but it started doing this this morning, I got it to work again and it stopped again. I did the hard reset and regular reset, should I just reset my entire phone. I don't have an apple plan or my phone service isn't with apple so I really can't get help from them. Added (1). Update: I turned off the phone for a few seconds again after it fell lower than 10% and it started working again. It's the same thing that happened last time. The phone was pretty much dead, below 10% and then when I restarted it it was working. I don't know

How can I upgrade to the 7 plus?
I recently paid off my iPhone 7 with MetroPCS however I now want the 7 plus so I called them & they said I have until the 30th of this month to get an upgrade.
