I got my iPhone 5 as a present & don't have the receipt. It's 2 days old & I was wondering does anyone know it I can exchange it at bestbuy because I have some scratches on the phone out of the box. Brand new & also do you think they would let me exchange for a diff color?

(My data really isn't unlimited? It's 2.5 GB full speed then if I go over I get my speeds reduced. I'm talking like only web and email reduced so it is kind of unlimited since I don't get charged for going over) anyways also my speeds are in the average range I hit about 1.2 Mbps around like traffic time which is 4-6 pm but normally I hit 2.3mbps per second
My IPhone is recognized by my computer but iTunes won't recognize it. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing, plugging different USB cords and different ports.i've updated to the latest IOS and logged into my iTunes via computer.
My volume is NOT working! If I plug in headphones it works but as soon as I take them out it stops! YouTube videos or songs from my music won't play. Any advice?
My friend just upgraded his At&t iphone 4 to a iphone 5. He gave me his old iphone 4… The only thing is i'm on verizon. If i unlocked the phone would verizon allow me to use it? Also do they activate jailbroken iphones?

Like I know that they are generations and all. But like I don't understand. I have the iPhone 4 and at the top on my screen it says 3G? I would figure since I have the iPhone 4 that it should be 4G but it says 3G so someone please explain to me what they mean.

I recently bought a used iphone 4 on craigslist. It doesn't have any service linked to (unlocked) so i'm running it off Wi-Fi right now. I get alerts almost everyday for the previous owner's facebook, and its driving me nuts! I've checked to see if he is logged into facebook on safari, and checked the settings and stuff several times. Deleted and reinstalled the facebook app on my phone. Nothing seems to fix it. I'm also not getting any alerts from my own facebook which i have linked to phone as well as being logged into the app. I would like not to have to reset all settings cuz i've spent alot of time getting them just right.
Any suggestions?
