IPhone deletes contacts on both phones?

My sister and I have both updated to iOS 6. We're under the same Apple ID synced with the same computer and I guess the same iCould. I don't know how but her contacts have been added to my phone as well as my contacts have been added to hers. I started deleting her contacts unknowing that it deletes off her phone too.

I don't know what to do about this. I've removed her phone off the computer and she's made her own account it nothing has changed. CAN SOMEONE Please Please Help ME!

I wanted to sync a few songs onto my iphone from my computer and next thing i know, i have tons of new photos and contacts. I can't delete the photos and i can delete the contacts but only one at a time and that would take forever.

Right now it's at iOS 4.2.1. I need to update it at least to a iOS 4.3. I tried to google how to do it and it said to go settings>general>software update but I don't have iOS 5 so I don't have the software update button in my settings. Also my computer isn't working so I can't connect my phone and update the software. So my question is, is there any way you can update your iPhone 4 with and iOS of 4.2.1 without a software button or using a computer?
