When the iphone 4 came out, how long (in months) did the iphone 3 drop in price? Retail price, as in no contract. And what was the price? Do you think that could happen to the iphone 4?
The top button/sleep button on my iPhone 4 has been broken for a while now, not stuck. It clicks. But it's as if the phone doesn't know I've hit it. For irrelevant reasons i have not been able to update my phone--so i couldn't put on assistive touch.
My phone is always glitchy--particularly when it has a good battery level, like today when it was over fifty, and then all of a sudden it won't 'wake up' It will just do nothing for days. I plug it into chargers, the computer, ihomes, etc. After a few days, for the past two times this has happened, it will just start back up. But i'm worried it won't this time.
The problem is that the normal fix for this problem is the hold the home + sleep button on your phone for at least thirty seconds. BUT my top button doesn't work. So i can't do that! I want my phone back >_< how do I get it working again?
I have as Asus Eee Android tablet and an iPhone 4s and I was wondering if there's any way to sync the two. In other words: Is it possible to get my iTunes songs and movies onto my tablet?
I live in an apartment and the landlord comes in my apartment once a week to make some bogus maintenance repair. We've been living in the apartment for 5 weeks now, and they've come in 3/5 of those weeks claiming to fix things that don't even need to be fixed and we're not even complaining about them. They first came in to fix a "faulty oven drawer". Then said they were coming the next week to repair our kitchen faucet. I called the office to question them on why they were coming to fix the kitchen faucet because I found nothing to be wrong with it and the lady in the office responded with "I don't know." Then when the maintenance guy came for the kitchen sink, he didn't even look at it and instead went into "check our bathroom." Then today I got back to my apartment and the $500 Iphone that I ordered was sitting in my apartment with a note on it saying "I signed for it, John from #%$^@ housing company." I was appalled that he signed for my package while I was not home. That to me seems illegal. I don't know if he was in my apartment while I was gone and signed for it, or if he approached the UPS man while he was in the hallway, but either way I'm not okay with that and feel like everything they've been doing lately is crossing the line. I called today to complain about all of this and the guy had no idea what to say. I asked him why they haven't fixed all of this stuff before we moved in or atleast all at one time so they don't need to keep coming back once a week and inconveniencing my roommates and I. I asked him to tell me what else they plan on fixing and he told me he doesn't know because the maintenance men have the list of what else needs to be fixed. So I ran into the maintenance men after I hung up and asked them and they told me the office has the list and tells them what to fix. This affirmed my feeling of them making up reasons just to come in and scope out my apartment to make sure we're not doing anything wrong. It feels illegal to me and it makes me feel uneasy to know these men just waltz into my apartment whenever they want to. Do I have reason to file a police report?
I want to update to ios 6 but I'm stuck on jailbreak 5.1.1. If I try to update I will have to restore my iPhone but I want to remove my jailbreak and update without restoring. Another question is will I lose all my apps, keep my apps, or just lose my cracked apps from installous. Please give me an answer none of that "lol i don't know" stuff
Ok so I had a perfectly fine jailbroken iPhone all customized and stuff. But I was getting an email problem and I googled it and someone posted to reset iPhone settings. And stupidly I did that and now my phone is just crashing every time I unlock it. Anyone know of any solutions?
When I watch TV shows and movies, it is exclusively over the computer or iPhone (Hulu, Amazon, Netflix, iTunes). However, I've been running into a wall on two shows: True Blood on HBO and Dexter on Showtime. I have not been able to get a live person on the phone for either company to answer my questions, and the automated system is less than helpful.
I have watched seasons 1-6 of Dexter and 1-4 of True Blood. I know TB Season 5 is nearly over if not already finished, and I have yet to be able to find a single episode for legal streaming online. Dexter Season 7 has just started, and I'm not finding the first episode out there either.
I do not have a TV or cable provider because I don't have a TV. I use DSL on my computer and a cellular hubs (not wireless) to use my iPhone.
My basic question is: Is there a way to subscribe to HBO and/or Showtime to be able to watch their shows on my computer or iPhone WITHOUT a TV service provider? And if not, is there a way to have a TV service provider just to subscribe to those two companies without subscribing to cable or having a regular TV hook-up? Please help! I really don't want to wait several more months before TB comes out on DVD, or a year before I can see Dexter again.
My iPhone's home button won't work?
I'm going to buy an iphone from someone and it's a great price but it is only for sprint. I'm a student on a budget so I'm on the straight talk plan. I researched and it says I can put a Sim in an at&t iphone if unlocked/jailbroken. I don't know if I can do the same for sprint though. Can I replace a straight talk Sim in a sprint phone like an at&t iphone?
My dad said that he might be able to buy me a new phone! I went on the att website and the iPhone i want is the 4 and is like $325.99. I really want that phone and all but i'm not sure if he can afford that! So what do i do? I still need an awesome phone so i won't get bored, but i'm confused! Should i get that for $325 or the regular for $375?
