I just bought my iphone 5 on the 21st and want to return it (complex reasons). From some websites i hear the restocking fee is $35, but from others i hear there's a $100 fee tacked on because it is an iphone. Can someone please tell me if it is $35 or $100? *if it helps, i bought it at a "verizon 4g wireless" store, which is supposedly a retailer of verizon, not sure if that makes a difference.
So I lost my iPhone at school and I know I brought it to school that day. I been to the office during the morning and after school everyday since to check to see if anyone has turned in my phone. I don't have that tracker app on my phone, but is there anyway I can track it. Also if I do have to get a new phone do I have to change numbers. Also I have at&t.
I have the iPhone4s and since the iPhone5 came out all my friends that have the iPhone4s has had a update like in the settings like the solfwear update and I haven't. Why is this?
The back glass on my white iPhone 4 with AT&T is cracked. I want to order a DIY replacement kit off amazon but I'm not sure what I should look for. I need a kit that will come with everything that I need. I see some kits that come with a camera ring or a flash diffuser? Do I need that if its just my glass that is cracked? My camera works fine.
So I pre-ordered an iPhone at Best Buy, but I, like many others, got the annoying email about how much they care, but your phone won't be ready for up to 28 days.
So, even though the store I pre-ordered the phone at is out of the one I got, there are about 4 other stores in my area who have it in stock. Would it be possible to just go to a different Best Buy to pick the phone up, or are the adamant about you sticking with the store you placed the pre-order at?
Can an iPhone 4S be unlocked using ultrasnow? Or do they need to be unlocked using gevey?

I love music and I would always listen to it on my phone. I would open my YouTube up, play the song I wanted to hear and then close it, press the home button twice and then click play to have the song play and I could text and get on apps while I play music. Well yesterday I updated my phone with the new update iOS6 or whatever. I noticed the YouTube app is gone, so I went to App Store and downloaded it. Then I open it and made a new account. So then I looked up the song I wanted to hear and when I press the home button key to let it play while I text and stuff. It doesn't let me. It only let me play stuff in my music album. So now what? Is there a different way you have to set up your music?
I love my galaxy s3 but there are issues that i don't like about it. Things I don't like is that the phone freezes or force closes when i'm in an app a lot. Its getting really annoying. It happens to alot of my friends too. Even my sister who has an android phone warned me about getting an android phone because it can freeze alot. I knew i should have listened to her. Also I love the screen size of the phone but the issue is that its kind of uncorfotable when taking it out or putting it in my pocket. I have another sister that has an iphone and i really like it, but the thing is that the menu in ios where all the apps are at is getting kind of boring. It really 2007 ish. Also I know that the new navigation in the iphone is really bad, but do you think that they will fix the issue before ios7 comes out? What do you think i should do? Keep the galaxy s3 or trade it in for the iphone 5? I'm still within the 30 day return waranty in at&t btw.
I was getting the new update for my iphone 4 but i have to delete everything on my phone for it to work but i can't use my phone because it says i need to plug it into itunes. Is there a way i can cancel the update?
In the settings on my iphone it says that there's a software update. I have no idea how icloud works so none of my apps or anything are on my computer. If i click "install update" on my phone, will everything be wiped from my phone? It is an iphone 4s.
