Usually buy my music from iTunes but now buy from amazon because its 10p cheaper, but though iTunes on my laptops recognises the songs I downloaded from amazon are there my phone doesn't want anything to do with then

I need a photo editing app that lets me crop one photo and paste it onto another one. Like if I wanted to paste a logo on a picture I took before uploading it somewhere when I'm not able to do it on a computer. I'd rather it be free but if not possible then paid works too.
Whenever I click the "accept" it starts downloading like normal, but then it randomly stops and says "your network signal is weak, make sure that you have checked your network" or something like that… And I have a full 5 bars on my computer screen and the internet is fine… What's happening and how do I fix it? I have an iPhone 4s.

So, I recently learned to make ringtones for le iPhone 4, and I decided to use tubechop to chop the part of the song I want and then I figured I'd just convert it to mp3 with one of those handy dandy YouTube to mp3 converting websites. Unfortunately, these handy dandy websites don't support tube chop. Normally this wouldn't be an issue, I'd just upload my tubechopped video to youtube and convert it from there, but I have no idea how. So if anyone would upload the video for me and leave the link or tell me what site converts them, i'd give you a virtual cookie.
