Now I'm getting 28 face times a day and from numbers I don't know different states plus I do not accept them but the camera is on my face automatically. What is the problem? What to do?

So when i logged into my IG i get a notification saying someone tried to access my account from a andriod at 9:14. Click yes/no if it was you and i clicked NO. Because i have a iphone. Do IG randomly send people noficiations or did someone try to hack me and i should switch my password.
Sound plays with no headphones, but not with them. All the headphones work on my laptop, just not on my iphone5. There's no lint in the jack I've just cleaned it.
