I live in England, but currently on holiday in Singapore/Thailand.
Before I came on holiday I got an iPhone 4s on contract from Vodafone. I asked them to turn international roaming on before I left England.
I checked my online bill last night (my first bill on this new phone/contract) and it's currently £177. £55 is my monthly contract (I'm fine with that charge), £35 is for calls (again, I'm fine with this charge because I briefly rang other countries). But then there's a charge of £75 for using 21mb of Internet on my first day of the holiday. Since then the phone had been off.
Why £75 for 21mb of Internet usage? My partner is being charged 69pence per mb by o2!
I will definitely ring Vodafone and query this once I return, but in the meantime can anyone give any advice on this £75 charge?
