Panasonic Bluetooth Subwoofer Won't Work?

I just bought the Panasonic Home Theater Audio System (SC-HTB350 & SC-HTB351). I have it set up with the red and white aux cord that ends with a headphone male. I can play music through my iphone through the cord and by connecting to the main unit via bluetooth, but no sound ever comes from the wireless sub. I have done all the troubleshooting tips and looked around online and called Panasonic 3 times but I can't get it to work. Is there any way to manually wire the subwoofer to either the main unit or possibly to Insignia 2.1 3 piece computer speakers or anything else for that matter. Any and all help is appreciated.

If there's no LFE signal, then there's no output from the subwoofer.

  • Why is my iphone 4 taking pictures better than a Panasonic lumix? I have a Panasonic lumix dmc-lz8 with a 8 megapixels camera that takes pictures at 2048X1536 resolution and an iphone 4 with 5 megapixels camera that takes pictures at 2592X1936. Why a 5 megapixels camera is better than an 8 one?
  • USB Bluetooth dongle won't work? I have an MSI netbook that I want to pair with Bluetooth speakers using a dongle. The speakers talk to iphone and iPod no problem, but the netbook can find them. I've updated the drivers, and the properties say that the device is working correctly, so I don't know why it won't find the speakers. When searching for devices, nothing comes up at all. There's obviously an issue with the net book end, not the speakers. Can anyone help please?
  • Syncing IPhone 4S Bluetooth with 2006 Prius Bluetooth? I just purchased an IPhone 4S and it will not sync with the bluetooth on my 2006 Prius. I have been to my Toyota Dealer who sent me back to Verizon store who said reinstall software on phone, which I did No luck. Any suggestions?
  • My normal headphones won't work after using Bluetooth headphones? (iPhone 7)? I've been using AirPods for a couple months now and the battery is getting pretty bad so I decided to get some plug-in Apple headphones but those don't work. When I plug them in I get a "not supported" notification. I've also tried friends headphones that worked fine on there phone, so I know it's not just faulty wires.
