How to pay for an iphone upfront?
So I'm going to be getting my own phone and I want to get the iphone 6s plus. I think it's like 600 something dollars. I'm only 17 and I can't have a credit card yet, can I pay with cash?
Yeah, you can pay with cash. Do you have a debit card at all? It's not good to carry tons of cash with you so if you do pay cash, go directly to the store, make your payment, and yeah. Also don't pay with a lot of singles or pennies.
No I don't have a debit card. This will be my first job so my mom doesn't really let me have anything. She's on of those overprotective parents. She wants to do everything for me.
Yes you can
- Verizon upgrade fee? Can I pay at the store or do I have to pay it the next bill? I plan on upgrading my phone and renewing my contract next month in January. I plan on getting the iPhone 5s. I'm on this family plan with one line. Is there's an activation fee that I have to pay? Can I pay the upgrade fee at the store while purchasing the new phone? Or do I have to pay it on the next bill?
- Should I buy an iPhone on a plan or should I pay for the full price upfront? What are pros and cons? To be honest I want to pay for it upfront because buying it on a plan feels like I'm just renting it. I want to feel like I actually own the phone. But everyone in my family is on a plan and they say it's cheaper because they get free texts and stuff. I don't know what to do? I know, first world problems but please help me. Plan or upfront?
- Is pay as you go better than pay monthy for an iphone? I can either can an iphone 4 (32gb with small scratch on screen) for 100 pounds and then have a pay as you go sim or an 8gb iphone 4 for "effectively 14.88 a month". Which works out the better deal?
- If you pay monthly for a phone is there anything else you have to pay? For Christmas I want an iPhone 8+ and pay it monthly. I would buy it from something like Verizon, us cellular, att, and others. Would I have to pay any other fees? Say it was like $23.50 a month for 24 months. Would I have to pay anything else after 24 months?
