Photo editor app on the iPod/iPhone/iPad?

I don't remember what it's called, obviously, so I need help figuring it out!
Here's some details about it:
-It can add text to pictures in different fonts
-it can add symbols like hearts and Infinity signs
-it can add a white cover on top of the photo or a different backround so the picture is still visible but its blurred.

  • What is this IPhone Photo Editor App? You can add a crescent and full moon to your pictures, and often times the pictures have a thick white boarder (I'm not sure if this is a different app or not) Can anybody tell me what either this app or these apps are? And are they free? And can anybody suggest any others that are either similar or very good, and free as well?
  • What is the best photo editor app on the iPhone 4? I have taken many pictures of myself and I wanted to make them look better. I have used Instagram but I want somethig new!
  • What is the best free photo editor? I want to use the whiten teeth, darken eyes, airbrush blemishes, change eye and lip colour, add blusher… But the picmonkey is not for free anymore Any suggestions? Second i want another one to use it in changing a pic into negative like those on the iphone and ipad.
  • What is a good pic editor app should I use? Okay. Do I'm trying to find some apps to help me edit pics! I have an iPhone 4S & i don't know what app to use to edit my pics
