Photoshop like app for iPhone?
I don't want those simple apps that just alter color tone, white balance, contrast and add stupid filters. Is there any app out there that utilizes layers and such? Or is that still too "advanced" and "powerful" for a mobile phone?
There's PS Express for the iOS. I have it on my iPad. I also like Snapseed. Neither of these have the same advanced effect you want to use. In general, it isn' t that they are too powerful, we were using them on computers with far less computing power, but the screen, interface, pointing device, storage and multitasking ability of the phone is still well below the desktop computer, even old ones.
You mention layers, you can look at a few others as apps or online,

- Photo iPhone apps like photoshop? What are some really good Photography apps for iPhone where you can edit pictures really cool? I don't mean ones that just change the hue and where you can crop the pictures. But i've seen pictures where there's like someone standing in hands and edits like that that look like they were done on photoshop but the creator says that all she uses is apps? Anyone have any good ones?
- I would like to know of an app for iOS like iPad and iPhone to limit Wi-Fi signal? I would like to know if there's an app for iPad that can limit the amount of Wi-Fi signal other devices, connected to the same router, use. Like reduce it, for example: i have a laptop and a playstation connected to the same router wirelessly, via Wi-Fi. With the app on my iPad i would like to make the laptop only receive, say, a 10% of the signal and let the Playstation have the rest 90% signal. Is there an app for that in iOS?
- How to create iOS icons like glossy effect in Photoshop? Most of us are familiar with Apple's iOS on iPhone, iPad etc. The icons in it are round-square shaped with glossy effect, feels like reflected glass effect. How can I exactly create this effect on any photograph using Photoshop? I will be thankful if you post links to download any kind of required things.
