Question about Bluetooth in Cars?
I started a new job this week and the first day I was perfectly able to connect my iPhone to the vans Bluetooth and play my music. The second day I was connected again but I couldn't hear the music playing. I think it might have been on Aux mode and I didn't know. Either way since I thought it wasn't working I disconnected my phone from the Bluetooth in hopes to reconnect it and solve the problem, but now I can't reconnect. There's nothing wrong with my phone I've made sure the Bluetooth still works with my speaker at home but I just can't connect to the van anymore. It doesn't even show up as an option to try and connect once I turn the Bluetooth on and try to pair it with the van. Is there anyway to like restart the vans Bluetooth so it lets me connect to my phone? Honestly I just need something

Go into the infotainment's settings and look for something like "Pairing history" or similar. In that section, there's almost always a "forget all" or "erase" function that will wipe out the list of devices that have been paired to that system. Do the same on your phone and try the pairing process again.
- Syncing IPhone 4S Bluetooth with 2006 Prius Bluetooth? I just purchased an IPhone 4S and it will not sync with the bluetooth on my 2006 Prius. I have been to my Toyota Dealer who sent me back to Verizon store who said reinstall software on phone, which I did No luck. Any suggestions?
- Listen to iPhone in cars with no iPhone adapter? My car doesn't have a USB port to plug my iPhone in to listen to music. I don't have a cassette player, so I can't buy a iPhone/cassette player adapter. I'm wanting something that will allow me to listen to music from my iPhone in my car through the car charger/cigarette lighter or any other way that would work. I've tried to look up ones to buy, but I'm just not positive what to type in to look. Everything that comes up is nothing at all what I'm needing!
- It's 2014 shouldn't we be having flying cars by now? I'm 20 and I grew up on a lot of science fiction. So when I looked to see the future I thought we would be more advanced than this. Sure some of the technology we have is quite impressive like: video games, computers, the Internet, HD TVs, smartphones and tablets, etc. But other than that the world still looks the same. Where is my flying car, my jetpack, my robot butler, moon colonies, phaser rifles, domed cities, underwater cities, food pills, etc? Why does the future suck so much?
- Is there a aux cable that plugs into a cars cigarette lighter? My 2006 cobalt does not have a aux input but i want to play music from my iphone i think i remember my friend having a aux cable that plugged into their cars cigarette lighter plug in do they make those?
