Quickest way to learn a language?

My family always makes fun of me because I'm hispanic and I don't speak/understand spanish. My dad speaks mostly spanish but we rarely talk but their was times when he would yell at me because I don't understand him. Is there any way to learn it quickly? IPhone apps? I'm just tired of my family putting me down for it.

There are websites in which you can learn a language such as language perfect and quizlet. Or you could watch Dora the Explora: P You could take tutoring or learn it as a subject in school. If it is too late for learning it in school, you can't afford tutoring, or you don't want your parents to know you're learning it, see if one of your friends takes it and look at their notes and stuff

why is your school not teaching Spanish?
PS - is your dad yelling because HE FAILED to teach you Spanish when you were little? The language a child learns to speak depends on what their parents teach them.
