Recommend a budget phone with a great camera?
I don't really care about other specs(they can be average), but I really need a decent camera.
Phone must be bellow 400$.
Is Sony Xperia XA1 a good choice?
NO IPHONES(obviously)

If you really need a good camera you buy a good camera, not a phone. You should get a pretty decent camera for $400 or less, though not an SLR.

There's no such thing as a "great" camera in a phone. Even a moderately priced point and shoot REAL camera is superior to the minuscule sensor and tiny lens and no control of a phone camera.
No phone has a great camera. Even the most expensive iPhones use $8-$15 camera modules. So don't expect any to be good.
