Right earbud constantly stops working?
Everytime I plug a set of Earbuds into my iPhone, the right side stops, or gets extemely quiet, working after a few days.
Whether they are skull candy or apple earbuds, it consistently happens - and always to the right side. I thought it migh be something with the micrphone because thats on the right side cord, yet even with paris that don't have the mic - the right side still stops working. For example, I got a brand new pair of apple two days ago; today they stopped working again…
Why the f*** does this keep happening? I've blown through so many pairs because of this, and I'm really getting sick of buying new ones, and I can't sit here listening to music in only one ear.
Are you winding up your earbuds to store them? Do you wind them up the same way every time? Do you wind them up tightly? I suspect the way you are storing them is causing your problem.
The same thing always happen to me. It's happened with four different brands of earbuds. After anywhere from 4 months to a year the right side either dies completely or becomes so quiet I can barely hear it.
- Why isn't my right earbud working in my iPhone only? I have a pair of Bose earbuds and recently I have been having problems with them. The right earbud in them has not been working but it's only the right one and only in my iPhone. It has been working in every other earbud on my iPhone though the earbuds have been working properly, so what's the problem of my bose earbuds

- Volume on iPhone works then randomly stops working? Was listening to iheart radio from my ihome when music randomly stopped now nothing has volume, vibrate button is off when I go to which videos the volume bar isn't even there to turn it up or down. When I press the side volume button it says ringer speaker icon is full but no matter if I press it up or down it doesn't move, what could be the problem?
- No sound coming out right earbud on iphone 4? On all of my earbuds and headphones bo sound comes out the right earbud. But if i don't push the jack in all the way then i can hear out both. But when i put it in all the way i can only hear out he left, what's the answer? I've heard about if you bend the inside jack to much it wrecks it but i can still hear out of it just if i don't push it in all the way. What can i do without getting a new headphone jack replacement?
