Should I dump him or train him?
My boyfriend lives in the UK and i live in Africa. We met via a mutual friend, we're both 28years old.
we met back in March. In April/May, i realized that the cost of communication is high, so i suggested he purchases iPhone for both of us so we can Skype easily instead of waste money buying call cards (he refused)
my birthday was a few weeks ago, i didn't even get as much as a card.
Our mutual friend visited him in the UK, he didn't feel the need to send something as simple as a box of chocolate.
I recently asked him for 100pounds because i was broke, he told me he wasn't working and can't afford to spend any money even though i know he has over 2000pounds stashed up somewhere.
background about me: i own my own business in my country and can afford to buy anything i want, but will also like to know that if i need my partner to raise me cash he'll be there, i also feel like buying your partner a gift should come natural.
his background, he was working until recently due to the double dip recession in the UK. He doesn't feel he should touch his savings because he is not sure when he'll be getting a job.
i hooked up with him because he was young and innocent (I've dated a lot of older/jaded guys in the past). He brings me joy.
but when it comes to discussing business, he doesn't stimulate my mind at all and the fact that he is stingy gets to me a whole lot.
What should i do? Dump him or train him on how to be a better man?
Um you haven't even met him? I wouldn't be sending money overseas either.
Not his problem in my opinion, it is yours.
Train him he is not an animal, you don't make any sense, you said you own your own business and can afford whatever you want, then your asking him for his money? You say he is stingy, well buy what you want from your own money not someone elses
- Traveling by train for the first time in the UK? I 'm traveling to Manchester soon, will be staying for a couple of days then will head to London, i'am planning on taking the train from manchester to london, the only problem here is that i don't understand the whole "platform" "district line" etc. is there a direct train that can take me to where i want to go? Or at least an app for iPhone that explains in detail on where to go and what train to take?
- Lost my iPhone on the train in Philly, what are the chances ill get it back? Left it on the train. Stupid mistake. What are the chances it'll be handed in? Tried to call the train company but it is late on a Sunday so their phone line is closed. It has a tracking app but the battery is flat. I will be able to track it, if whoever finds it thinks to charge it.
- I lost my iphone 4s on a train? I left my iphone 4s on a train yesterday evening. I checked on icloud to find it but the device is offline and i tried calling but it went straight to voicemail. Advice would be wonderful. It was the train from southstation to norwood on the franklin line. Should I try calling the station?
