Should i switch from iphone to android? - 1

My contract is about to expire. All my friends keep telling me android is better. I have been using apple my whole life and i guess i'm pretty happy. Is android really THAT better. I'm deciding between the iphone 5s, samsung galaxy s5, htc 1 m8. Please don't mention screens. I actually kinda perfer smaller ones. Mention anything else.

Stay on our reservation before you get buyer's remorse. If you don't mind only (big maybe) one update ever for the device, removing your iCloud so no iMessage, waiting a little longer for an Android version of an app, and possible viruses, go ahead. No fanboy here, but I do like Android's removable battery, and SD memory slot. They're not better, just different. Best luck.

No. Iphone 6 is ABOUT to come out. Get iPhone 6. It'll be worth it… Trust me…

Try something new.Android is fresh and full of wide accessibilities and choices, you can customise every bit of thingy down there. Coming from an ios background I bet you will a lot of features amusing and to die for.

I have used all kinds of phones and OS and its always great to try something new and different.

iphone 6 is coming out, also the new galaxy note 4. So I would recommend that you wait a lil bit and choose the best.

  • Will I lose my number if I switch from Android to an iPhone? For some reason I can't find a straight answer to this question online. Anyone who has made the switch from Android to an iPhone, did you lose your phone number? I think this happened to my mother-in-law. My husband wants to switch our plan and turn in our Androids for iPhones, but I don't want to do that if that means I lose my number. I have had my number for 8 years.
  • Switch chomp sms from android to iphone? I have an android as of now, but I'm getting the iphone tomorrow. I use Chomp SMS and I would like all my messages to transfer over to the iphone Chomp SMS, if this is possible? Can anyone let me know how to do this if it can be done?
  • Should I switch from iPhone to Android? I'm not bored with iOS, I just want to do more things that a PC can do with my phone. I know that Android allows you to do many things and all that. But it's just that I don't know if I can leave iTunes and the App Store. I own many apps like GarageBand and iMovie, and many many other apps that Android doesn't offer. Is it worth it to leave a good ecosystem to be able to do more stuff with your phone? Is google play enough?
  • Should I stick with iPhone or switch over to android? I'm thinking of getting a new phone and all my friends are telling me to get android but I don't know what to get
