Should I use IMessage with a limited data plan?
Ok so I have 300MB of data on my iphone 4s. I want to use imessage so i can get group texts. I have turned imessage off for 6 months now and am only using the sms. But i have to turn the data on if i want to get group texts and that is too much of a pain. And when i turned imessage on and i don't have Wi-Fi, i won't get texts at all. Is there a way that I can get group texts without using imessage. I rarely ever turn my data on because i'm afraid that it will go over. If I'm texting someone on imessage with Wi-Fi and then i leave without Wi-Fi, will it switch to sms and i will get the texts my friend sends me?
It depends on how much you text. 5000 text messages=25MB of data
i do recommend you download the app kik. It only uses about 15MB of data and you can have group conversations
- What does limited data mean? On iPhone 16 gigabyte do i lose my gigabytes forever Joshua shut the hell up. I mean is that i have 2 gbs of data do i lose on my memory or what
- Limited texting and imessage? Okay so i have an iphone. And i have limited texting. Only 100 a month. Does that still apply to imessage? In other words, if i text friends that have an iphone and have imessage, does it still count in the 100 texts?
- Is history shown on bill iphone 3gs at&t limited data? I have looked at some things my parents would deem inappropriate, if they saw where I had looked at them, and from what I have read they can't see it, but my mom originally told me it shows on the bill. I think she was just trying to get me to keep it clean, I have but just want to stay on the safe side.
- IPhone X Limited Supply on a plan? I'm looking to get an iPhone X on a plan with Telus and was hoping to hold off another month. I have come to understand it is limited supply, but will I be able to get it on a plan still next month? Or is it only available on a plan now with preorder?
