Someone smashed my iPhone 6 plus into my car. What do i do?
My drunk ex boyfriend took my phone during an argument today and smashed it as hard as he could into the side of my car creating a square shaped dent with scratch marks everywhere… What is the best way to get money for this incident from him? I told him he has to pay for it but he won't… Should i file a police report?
Take him to small claims court. Yes I would file a police report immediately as you need to show that in small claims.
