Sprint iphone6. Can I exchange for GB?
I just bought a 16GB iphone 6 not realizing that my old phone was actually 32 GB so obviously I can't restore all of that on my new phone. Would I be able to go to sprint and turn in this one for a 32 GB?
I don't know, but don't be so afraid to call Sprint cust serv then ask them.

- Why won't my iphone6 speakers work? Just got the new iPhone. I tried to face time, the other person doesn't hear me unless I have the headset in. I tried restarting, I cleaned it, factory reset. I've tried volumes and everything. No one can hear me when I put my phone on speaker.
- Why does my iphone6 not accept my mail password? I have had the same email address and password for years, it works fine on my Imac and macbook air, it will work fine on my iphone6 for a few weeks but every so often my iphone rejects it. I have tried deletring the account in settings/mail then resetting it, but it still get the same message "Can't get mail" The username or password for mail.btinternet.com is incorrect. It is not incorrect. I use it all the time
- Sprint 14-Day Exchange Policy? I just got an iPhone 5c but I want to exchange it for the 5s. According Sprint's web site, the policy states that I have 14 days to exchange my phone starting the day it was activated. But it doesn't say if I have to also return the container, and headphones, and apple stickers it came with. Does anyone know how this works? Do I have to return everything, like that way I bought it? And let's say, for instance, I lost the case or the headphones, what would happen?
- My iphone6 screen is stuck on the iTunes sync screen and won't go back to working? My iPhone won't update or restore and it won't let me use my phone its like forcing me to update it or restore it but when i do there's always an error. I want my phone working i don't feel like syncing anything right now cause of this i just want to use my phone. Someone please help me?!
