Stressed out too easily over small things?

Ex: Teachers yelling at the class.
-it really affects me and stresses me out to where I can't handle it anymore, I feel like I'm the only one who it stresses out that much
Ex- Twirling headphones around finger
-When people twirl their headphones around their finger, It stresses me out so much

I'm also VERY impatient, which stresses me out a lot.
Ads on pandora stress me out more than they should
My iphone stresses me out ALOT when it freezes

I just freak out for no reason. I don't know what's wrong with me. It's not every day, but when something small triggers it, the rest of my day will be me going crazy over small things, and I just have this weird feeling the rest of the day.

Is there like a disorder for over stressing?
Somebody guess anxiety. But I don't know. I'm not depressed, I'm happy. I do always over think about my future and avoid my fears.
I have ADD so I was gonna test for anxiety at my check up, but I just want to hear people's thoughts

Stress actually sends a signal to your brain to create hormones which are responsible for causing sweat. To stop yourself from sweating too much, I suggest you learn some breathing exercises to get your body in control. Or at least, trick your mind into thinking you're not stressed at all.

2) Trembling

Trembling is one of the more common physical symptoms of anxiety and stress. You've seen versions of this on cartoons; but you might be surprised to discover how accurate they are once you're in a stressful situation.

It's not always your whole body that trembles though. It could be your
