Switching android to iphone?

I took my sim card out of my android phone and put it in a iPhone 2g and the text and calling works buy the data plan doesn't but the data plan works on my android phone. What could be some of the problems

Contact network supplier. They will sort it!

IPhone 2g only support 2g internet. You probably have 3g internet

What Kugura said, that is exactly the thing. The 2g doesn't have use the 3g data that is programmed onto the sim card
