Switching contracts 1 year through a 2 year contract with Orange?
I'm 1 year through a Panther 46 contract with Orange and I'd really like to switch to the Iphone 31 Extra contract. Firstly I don't use all the minutes I have (1200) and thats a real waste considering the contract is £46 a month and secondly the phone I got with the contract is ***. Its a Blackberry Bold 9900 and has been replaced 3 times now with the same faults: freezing, going into sos mode, randomly calling people and being generally slow. I'm sick of this *** phone and I'd like the Iphone 4 as it seems so much better. I know Orange will either charge obscene amounts of money for me to terminate my contract or just replace my Blackberry for the 4th time. If i'm paying obscene amounts of money for a contract the phone has got to be good and has got to work. Can anyone suggest any ideas to how i switch my contract to the Iphone the cheapest way?
All networks are the same, you must & wlll pay the UNPAID instalments, so the only oher way is to sell the BB and buy (Not the iPhone4!)
Or pay the ETF, Early Termination Fee, which might be cheaper, but you must pay it upon cancellation of your contract. You then can try to sell your BB Bold-9900.
- Will an orange pay as you go sim card work in my iphone orange contract phone? My orange phone is still in contract but could do with a different number on pay as you go as well, would rather just get the sim card and swap them over, but can always buy a cheap phone as well
- My orange account balance is £48.53 by my contract is £36 a month? I should be paying £36 pound a month. I get unlimited text, unlimited calls and 2GB of data (iphone). What could i have gone over? Is this the sum i have to pay?
- IPhone 5 and SGS3 on one-year contracts? My current phone is a Samsung Galaxy Ace -- I bought it more than a year ago SIM-free. Now I'm planning to buy either an iPhone 5 or a Samsung Galaxy S3, but their unlocked versions are rather expensive, and all contracts (at least for the S3) are for 2 years… I don't want to have the same phone for 2 years, but all one-year contracts I've seen are for some weak old phones only… Does anyone know if I can find one of these two phones on a one-year contract (UK)?
- IPhone 4. And 2 year contracts? My mom's birthday is coming up and we thought that for her birthday we would get her an iPhone 4. We don't know when her next two year upgrade is but I was Wondering if I could get the phone now for the price that i would get it if her upgrade was now, and not hook it up to her number yet, and then when she got her upgrade she could use it? Without the upgrade it's about $500 but with it it's $0.So I really need to use the upgrade obviously! Any known information helps.
