Switching for Android to iPhone

I've always had Android phones. I love customizing it and all that, I also love the android market, I like the android music apps. I've been really debating getting an iPhone though, I'm just not sure, I don't want to be paying for a bunch of apps and music that I was previously getting free before. Anyone switch to iPhone & what did ya think?

I have an iPhone and an android tablet. I like android jellybean better than iOS, but my experience with the iphone has been much more pleasant.iOS devices are really smooth, and the app selection is better… I can name so many apps that I can find on the apple app store that I can't find on the google play store. The google play store also has some malware apps… You'll probably like the iPhone. You should try it. You can always jailbreak your iPhone if you want more customization.

I went from iPhone to Android and back to iPhone and let me tell you that awkward period when I was using android was horrible. I got a Galaxy S III because I thought Apple wasn't "Cool" anymore. I hated the GS3 after a week, when it eventually broke a couple months later so I got an iPhone 5. Now I like using my phone again! (The S3 was horrible!) Coming from android you might want to jailbreak your phone so you can still customize it (its allot easier to customize with a jailbroken iPhone then an android device) and you can get free music online and free apps through a jailbreak. Your gonna love iOS allot more then Android, and the iPhone is built So much better and sturdier (and feels more premium) then all Android phones. Switching to an iPhone is pretty easy, and trust me your gonna love an iPhone!

  • Would switching my iPhone 5 for a iPhone 4S be stupid? I think the iPhone is great but I like iPhone 4S design better and aren't they pretty much the same just with a few more features? Would it be a dumb move?
  • When Android user sends text to a mixed group of iPhone and Android users? A family member who is an Android user sent a text message to a large group of recipients, including me. The group has both Android users and iPhone users. I'm an iPhone user. Does this mean that I will receive everyone else s messages like an iMessage group, or will all messages go directly between the conversation starter and whoever is messaging him, without any of the other group members seeing what the other members said?
  • Whatsapp: Switching from iPhone to Android. Do I lose service? I've purchased Whatsapp on iPhone. I've got a lifetime service now. If I switch to Android, will I have to purchase Whatsapp again from the Google Play store? Thanks Going from iPhone 4s to galaxy note 3
  • Switching Sim cards from Iphone 5 to Android phone? Probably a simple question, but I would like some input. I was wondering if I can take the Sim card from my iPhone 5 and use it on an Android or windows phone like the Galaxy 3 or Nokia Lumina? Is this possible and if it is how? Also I have Verizon and if I can switch to another device I will get a Verizon Phone. Any help will be greatly appreciated, Thank you. I was wondering if a sim adapter would work?
