Technology addiction and lack of sleep?
Please help me! I can't stop looking at the computer and when I don't have a computer, my phone or ipad is out and I'm using it! Every night I stay up until 3am on the computer or ipad or iphone. I try to stop but I can't! Also when I have homework on the computer, I end up doing anything but my homework! I stay up until midnight or 1am on school nights!
I was just like that. My school would give out homework and I would come home stay on the computer for about 3 hours and then don my homework really late. I ended up not making the honor roll for the first quarter and was missing some books for the honor roll because I was on the computer all day. Just leave the computer alone for at least 2 days or soemthing like that. Only use It for necessary stuff. Don't you want to graduate or make the honor roll?
- Why do I hate myself so much. Is it addiction? Addiction to playing games i mean. Don't use drugs. I been playing a fun game on my iphone and lately I been stuck on one level for a few days. I hate myself because I can't pass it I play for like 4 hours or more trying to win but I can't why do I take it so seriously why am I like this?
- Touch technology and what is there? What types touch stuff is there besides iPhone tablets and other phones but is there tables like in the films or are we not there yet
- I think i have an addiction to buying iphone cases? I currently have 33 cases for my iphone 4s. I'm scared i might have an obsession and i don't want it to get out of hand. I think i need serious help… Is my "addiction" a bad thing?
- I have an iPhone 8 and I use an app called sleep cycle that records my sleep. Last night the app was recording my sleep while charging? I woke up around 1 AM and I felt something super hot so I think it was my phone. I look over and either my phone was smoking or the outlet so I immediately unplugged everything. My guess was that since the app is drawing electricity from the phone battery throughout the night and the phone is charging it kinda got screwed up. Does anyone know what might've happened? Another guess is that my pillow probably got caught in the outlet since I have a huge pillow that covers it.
