Touch technology and what is there?
What types touch stuff is there besides iPhone tablets and other phones but is there tables like in the films or are we not there yet
Yes there's. Things like the Microsoft Surface Pro, which is a tablet that is also a full-fledged computer, touch-screen monitors and other things.
I don't think tables are quite there as a consumer product.
Mostly just handheld phone/tablets, and some laptop/all-in-one PCs. You can get large touchscreen monitors like you see on TV, but oaren't cheap.
Multitouch PC monitors are available, more expensive than normal monitors but not too bad.
You can buy full desk type units, but they are still crazy prices ($12000 from Microsoft?).
However, you can make them yourself for something like a reasonable cost - there are quite a few DIY designs about.

- Why do so many people go crazy for new gadgets and technology? Queue up for days just to be the first to get a new iPhone… Upgrading things when the old one works just fine… Why do people want the newest "in" thing so much? What's wrong with buying a phone and keeping it for 5 years until it breaks down and THEN replacing it?

- Technology addiction and lack of sleep? Please help me! I can't stop looking at the computer and when I don't have a computer, my phone or ipad is out and I'm using it! Every night I stay up until 3am on the computer or ipad or iphone. I try to stop but I can't! Also when I have homework on the computer, I end up doing anything but my homework! I stay up until midnight or 1am on school nights!
