Texting subject brought up in school?

Ok so somebody started a group message through text. On iPhones, iPods, and iPads you can't delete anybody off of it. So what I wanna know is will this one girls dad ever bring this up at school? This one guy started swearing and saying innaproppiate stuff and this dad was getting these texts because his phone is hooked up with his daughters and said "if you guys don't stop i'm going to file a police report on all of you" well i think he might of been trying to scare us all i'm not sure so i msg the group back "ok guys! Stop! I agree with her (don't wanna say names) dad and the other girl that said people are trying to study and do homework! Just everybody delete it and move on!" But then people that just got the messages butted in and started it again! The conversation was a nice and friendly at first and then the swearing and innaproppiate stuff started! I wanna know if this will be brought up at school and if all of us will be called down to the office? It was all kids from our school… So…

Depends on the dad. If the malicious texts were targeted towards him after he said stop, then it would appear there's an issue. However, no one, based on your description, is still texting/harassing him. As a result, he will find it rather difficult to have enough probable cause for a court to press charges.

School is a secondary issue. The incident did not occur at school or during school hours (is that correct)? If it did occur during school hours, he may go to the office and tell on you all. However, he could have just been angry at that moment due to what was said. Just leave him alone and pray for the best.
