Background on my iPhone won't change?

I had to reset my iPhone and now when I try to change the wallpaper it won't work. I turned it on and off and tried everything I know and it won't work.

I think you should shut it down and if that does not work call the apple company

Tap, wallpaper, or display settings. Or go to your gallery, long press pic you want to use, several options should come up ptap, system. Tap, settings, rap

None of these things works its annoying to see the same wallpaper

  • YouTube won't play in background? IPhone 4? I have an iPhone 4 and I can't get my YouTube to play in the background like when I hit the home button it turns off or when I lock it and press play it will play from my album from iTunes. I use the YouTube app. How can I get it to work?
