Microphone on my iPhone doesn't work, how do I fix it?
When I'm not on speaker phone, the person on the other line can hear me. But if I put the phone on speaker, it does not work anymore. I noticed when I was taking a video and the sound afterwards, after speaking loudly in the video, was not working. How do I fix this?
Have you tried turning the system off and then back on again?
Also, is it jailbroken?

I've tried the hard reset a thousand times and nothing happens. ITunes won't recognize my phone so I can't do a factory reset. Can anyone tell me another way of resetting my phone?
