Think iv been scammed what do I do?
Ok I bought an iphone from gumtree and I paid through PayPal, they sent me a different phone a really cheap one so if I claim in PayPal they still have proof if postage so is there anything I can do?
Yes email paypal and file a claim
I think you'll just have to contact PayPal. They'll most likely investigate the claim and send you your money back. I'm not sure though.
You have been a victim of a horrible fraud, File a dispute with PayPal instantly, Go to your local police station and report it, after reporting to the police make sure you report the matter to gumtree, Ring them and and give them the police crime reference number, They might be able to trace the seller, The sellers address should be stored on your paypal transactions, Give this to the police, Not sure if you get your money back as he may have proof of postage, but its worth a try.

Did you pay by credit card on paypal? I would have the charge reversed. Definitely contact paypal immediately and ask them how to proceed since it was fraud.

And i have a iphone app called psn bubbies where you can sign into your account and see your friends but i try to sign in with the app but it still said that i was offine on my cousins friends list
