Think I've been scammed on ebay?

I ordered an iPhone 5s of eBay. The seller had 98 feedback 100% positive and its been 10 days and i have still not received it?

The shipping does say economy 7-10 days but surely no uk to uk shipping will take that long?

Its my third one I've bought due to scammers and still haven't got a phone.

Anyone know what could be happening?

Maybe it's time to start buying from some place that isn't scamming you.

However, if it says shipping takes 7-10 days, of course it can take that long. Maybe not the in-transit time, but from the time you order to the time the product arrives.

3 times and you have not learnt?

Contact eBay, PayPal, Your Local Trading Standards Office. They Will Then Work Toghther To Find The Seller And Recover Your Money. But Only Buy From High Street Shops. And Also Call 999 First For A Crime Reference Number

Thats 10 BUSINESS DAYS do not count the weekend
plus are sure the seller send product internationaly?
maybe you are buying from seller that don't send product interationlly?
plus when they say The shipping does say economy 7-10 days
THEY MEAN ONLY IN THE USA NOT internatinally

You should have learned your lesson and buy it in a store.

Ask for the tracking number.

99% of of phones being sold on Ebay are either Chinese knockoffs, stolen phones that can't be activated or fake listings
After 3 times you should have learned this
After 10 days you file an Item Not Received dispute with Ebay. Ebay will contact the seller asking for signed proof of delivery to your home address. If the seller can't provide this, then you will be refunded

Why wouldn't you just get an iPhone from the Apple store or any phone store?

I have bought over 3000 items in the last 10 years from Ebay and the only 2 problems I had was with mobiles from private sellers - wait for 14 working days, send an Ebay to the seller, wait 3 days then if you get nowhere then start a claim via Ebay, if you pay with Paypal you get your money back.

You're an idiot… That's what is happening.
