Thinking about the Iphone 4?
Ok so I haven't had a phone for like 4 years and the Iphone 4 has drop their prices a lot like less than $100 and I want to know there's a lot on ebay but have different company like Verizon and AT&T I realty don't care but I want to know is it possible if I buy one of these phone can I just use it to like download apps and stuff instead of calling people using the Wi-Fi?

You should go on Apple.com and buy and iPod Touch. Those specifically are made for just apps, not calling. You can also go on amazon to probably find cheaper iPods. If you really want to get an iPhone with no calling, go to a website to buy it, and select self-activate somewhere. It should be there because my friend once had to buy a phone, and activate it at like Walmart or something. I'm not sure, but it should be there. Hope I helped.
Yes. You can by just using Wi-Fi. It'll be an iPod that way. Warning. If you plan on one day turning it on, make sure the serial number is NOT listed by US carriers as lost/stolen. Also it needs to be unlocked (no passcode) and have no other iTunes/iCloud account associated with it or you will have headaches. So buy from somewhere reputable and legit. Best luck.
