Thinking of getting a new device, what to do with old one?
So I've had an iPod touch 3G for like a few years since my parents got it for me as a birthday present. But now that I got a job and earning money I've been thinking lately of getting an iPhone 5 or another more updated device since they are so much more faster and better!
So I was thinking, what should I do with my outdated iPod touch 3G when I get a new device?
Destroying it seems like a waste so what are something's I could do?
You could sell it on or see if you can trade it in somewhere.
Why not use it for games only? If your iPhone's storage gets full and can't install new games, install them on your iPod, it will save some GBs on your iPhone.
Selling it is the best option if you wanted some money. Selling it privatly (to a friend or relative) is the best way to get the most money, Ebay is probably the least.
- Will my jailbreak on one device transfer to another device via iTunes? So I bought an iPhone 5 today and I'm afraid to sync it to my Apple ID/ iTunes because my 8GB iPod is also synced to that iTunes account and its jailbroken. I don't want my jailbroken iPod to affect my iPhone 5. Will it affect it? I don't think it will but I just want to make sure before I sync it for the first time.
- Thinking of getting the iphone 4s? Please don't tell me to get the newer ones because i just want the 4s thanks. Any review or what you think of the iphone 4s would be really helpful, how easy it breaks, how long it lasts, how slow it is, what apps etc What was it's price when it first came out in UK pounds? What is its price now if you buy the phone without a contract? Anything else
