UNABLE TO PLAY VIDEO UNSUPPORTED FILE FORMAT IPHONE 6?

I went to a concert a few days ago and took some videos. When i got home to watch them, my iPhone wouldn t let me watch some videos they are just white and it comes up with the notification saying;
Unable to play video - this video can't be played because the file format is unsupported.

how do i fix it and save the videos? They are really important to me. I have a windows 10 laptop if that helps!

Are you using the laptop to view the videos? Or the phone? What format are they?

On your little apple phone… What format did you save the video as? Have to remember windows is totally different then apple…( hello-o-o-o-o-o-o-o )…
