Unidentifiable Bluetooth users connected to my iPhone?
Only when at home, I find 4 unidentifiable Bluetooth users "connected" to my iPhone. Because the id is longer than space provided, I do not have the option to delete, because there's no lower case I in a circle icon.
How do I disconnect and delete these strangers?
The only time the circled i is not listed to the right of the device is because that device is not connected to the iPhone. That device is advertising to be connected - and listed under "other devices" with no indication of connected or not connected.
When the name of the device exceeds a certain length, the device name truncates and there are ellipses ("…"). Your premise that the name is too long, which is why the circled i does not appear, is not correct.
Admittedly, you did not tell us which iPhone or iOS version… I use an iPhone 8 running iOS 12.0.1…
You don't understand. No one has connected to your phone. Your phone is merely recognizing the existence of theses devices. They can't connect without your authorization.
