Unlocking Iphone 4s outside USA?
One of my uncles bought me an i phone 4s from USA. But it's a locked version so I can't use it here in Sri Lanka.
Can I know is there any way of unlocking the Iphone safely? And what happens to the contract with at&at if I unlock it here? Do we have to pay anything to at&at or something?
I can't buy an unlocked Iphone because it's too expensive for me.

- Will my iphone5 from sprint work outside the usa? I'm going to buy da Iphone 5 and this summer i'm going to africa and the place I'm going to, every1 uses T_mobile sim card.
- Will my iphone work as normal outside the UK? I'm going to Holland in a few weeks and I'm planning on taking my iphone with me. Will my phone still work as usual whilst i'm out of the UK? And will I still be able to use 'Find my iphone' in case I lose it while I'm in Holland?
- Will iphone 6 factory locked work outside USA? I want to ask if the new iPhone 6 factory locked work outside USA. I will only use it for playing games and using Wi-Fi only. I will not use any kind of sim on it so should I buy the factory locked version or the unlocked version of iPhone 6. I want to save my money if will work outside america. I'm recently in USA but later I will be in Pakistan.
- Will I be able to use my iPhone 5 outside the USA after my contract expires? I have a contract with Verizon that is about to expire in a few months. I'm wondering if I can be able to send it to my sister in the Philippines and still work over there if she inserted a Philippines sim card. Or do I have to jailbreak or unlock it?
