Upgrading from S3 to iPhone 5? Confused about the new T-Mobile system?
I've had the Samsung Galaxy 3 for around 7 months now, and I want to upgrade to the new iPhone 5. I have a family plan with 5 people including myself. Originally, I had a two year contract with my S3 but I planned on giving it to my brother while I would get the new iPhone.
What are all the fees and how exactly can I upgrade?

- Upgrading to a New Iphone I have an Iphone 3GS and i'm planing on upgrading tomorrow to the iPhone 5. I have at&t as a service provider my question is that if i go to the apple store and buy the iphone 5 their will apple be able to transfer my contacts and pictures or do i have to go to AT&T for that… Please answer As soon as possible

So i ordered an iphone 5s by the internet and after i put all my information they sent to me to a link that said that i needed to call to complete my order. They gave me an order number and i called. After i gave them my order number they said they couldnt find the information in their system and that i had to wait 2 hours. However i already waited 4 hours and they still don't get my information in their system. What do i do?
