How do I transfer music from my iphone4 to iphone5 with itunes?

I've plugged both iphones in and both of them have come up on itunes. I thought I could just highlight all the music in my iphone4 and then click and drag it onto the iphone5, but it didn't allow me to. Now i'm confused as to how i'm gonna do it, cause i certainly don't wanna have to refill all my songs onto the new phone one by one. My settings are on manual for handling music, i prefer it that way.
but yeah, is there a step i'm missing? What do i do?
i will chose best answer as soon as possible!

You can't do that with itunes you have to download a third party application:
PhoneBrowse is completely free iPhone browser that helps you find files from iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, and all iOS devices.
With PhoneBrowse you can Copy Music from iPhone, iPod, or iPad to a Computer Windows for free.

After installing PhoneBrowser, open it, plugin your IOS device and you should be able to access all of your files including Music.

Well the simple the process is

- Connect to the PC or Mac
- open itunes 10.7,
- click on your device
- click on music
- on the right side set you settings for space to allow
- then click autofill.

you can go to given sites for further resolution
