Wet IPhone 4 help, is my phone trashed?
My iphone got wet, i put it in a bag for rice for about 5 hours( i noticed water droplets in my back camera), then plugged it in didn't work put it back in for 24 hours (water droplets were gone) still didn't turn on. My lock button doesn't work so i can't hold that and the home button. Is my phone trashed or is there a way i can fix it or worth taking to a repair shop?
I would take it to the repair shop if you don't plan on getting a new one anytime soon. I had the same problem and my phone won't cut on at all

- My iphone got wet? Help SOMEONE? Ok, I was about to leave the house when I put my iphone face down on my counter which was wet but I didn't know. I picked it up and it started buzzing, I have a clear plastic guard on it so I took it off and wiped the water off and switched it off leaving it in my pocket. When I got home I tried to switch it on but it won't switch on, I need help is it broken? What do I do?
- Iphone was in pocket and outside of pocket got a little wet would my phone be fine? My iphone 6 was in my pocket and the outside of my pocket got a little wet due to a sink splashing. The phone is working fine but i'm overly cautious. Should it be fine?
- Iphone help? Thats been wet? My i phone went into the washing machine. I dried ut out but want to know can i get all the info back even thought it starts up and is blank? I have old text messages on there someone sent to me and i need them for a court case
- If I buy a new phone and restore my phone will a virus transfer to the new phone? I believe my iPhone has a virus but I'm not sure. I'm due for a new phone anyways but I need to know that if I do have a virus on my current phone, will it transfer with my information and data to my new phone?
