What app is this for the iPhone? - 1
Okay my friend always posts this pics on her Instagram & she has these cool background behind her photos it's so cool its like pizza background or like a nature background & I don't wanna ask because sometimes when you ask people what app they're using they get kinda iffy about it so does anyone of you out there mind telling me please?

- When ever I download an app on my iPhone the app says waiting? Whenever I download an app on my iPhone 4, the app pops up on the home screen as just a grey box and it says "waiting". I've tried leaving it alone for a while but nothing changes, I've also tried turning it off and back on but that's not helping either. How do I get it to stop "waiting"? Tapping it doesn't work and when I hold it and try to delete it there's no X on the corner like all the other normal apps.
- Is there an app for iPhone to rearrange my app icons anywhere I want? I want to know if there's a free app that allows me to move my apps on my home screen where ever I want?
- Is the Garmin App for iPhone an offline app? I'm wondering that because I'm considering buying an iPhone and don't want to waste data while I drive and am looking for an offline navigation app that provides turn by turn directions.
