What are the rules of using Apple iPhone images in product packaging?

-I want to use an illustration of the back of an iPhone, specifically the camera in the artwork of my packaging-
1) Is it illegal to use the iPhone on my packaging, even if I take all Apple logos off of the design? I'm looking to use just a mockup design drawn in Illustrator
2) If I choose to use a picture of the iPhone in my packaging would I have to give Apple a royalty?
3) Do I need to contact Apple and ask them for a license to use their product on my packaging?
Any insight to product packaging (specifically mobile device accessory market) would be greatly appreciated.
So you are actually going to take a business risk by information obtained from an unknown post on a forum?
- What's the difference from an OEM product and an original product? I need a new charger for my iPhone and I don't know if I should go buy an OEM charger from eBay or go buy an actual apple charger from Walmart that's going to be way more expensive. Since OEM is basically the same thing without retail packaging, would there be a difference in quality?
- What is retail packaging on Amazon? I want to buy a case for my iphone but it says retail packaging. What does that mean. Should I buy something on amazon that says retail packaging?
- What does retail packaging mean on amazon for the otterbox defender? I'm going to order a otterbox defender for my iphone but it says retail packaging does that mean it could be fake?
- What are shop rules on miss sold iPhones? Hi, this is a strange problem but basically I traded in my iPhone 4 to upgrade to the iPhone 4S today and when I got home and started to set up my new iPhone it had been labelled up in the shop as an iPhone 4S for 275 but it was only an iPhone 4, I would like to know what the best result I can get? For example discounted price and iPhone 4S or what?
