What can a thief do to an iPhone 5 if it has?

If it has a password lock on my phone, has been updated to iOS7 and has been blocked by my service provider?

Is there any way they can break in and view all of my stuff, also it was dead when stolen so would they even chance charging the phone up when it's still in their possession? And can they wipe my phone, even if they don't have my icloud password?

Impossible. Unless they can guess it which is highly unlikely they will not be able to get into the phone. Your infomation is safe. After so many attempts the phone will lockout and can only be used again if put into DFU restore mode which is impossible without your Apple ID password.

Go to http://www.icloud.com/...icloud.com and put it in lost mode. They can't wipe it or turn off find my iphone without your password, so they are stuck. The phone will also start tracking as soon as it comes online, so they have to keep it off.
