What can I do, about not being able to receive Verizon txt messages?
I opened a cellphone line for my fiancee and I we have T-Mobile. In 2015 I got her the note 5 and I got myself and iPhone and since then I've upgraded to iPhone X, but she's kept her same phone since 2015 and for some reason she can't receive verizon text messages she's tried everything T-Mobile has told her to do so for 2 1/2 years she hasn't been able to receive the messages. She even payed for the insurance fee and got a new phone but same model I pay our phone bill onetime and i think its ridiculous they have not been able to figure out the problem. What should we do?
And its been several verizon carrier numbers she doesn't receive such as her best friend, boss, therapist, etc. So they don't have blocked
She can call and text them but she just doesn't get their messages
There's nothing wrong with her phone, it's T-Mobile that's at fault. You should visit the nearby T-Mobile store and ask them to get the issue fixed or you'll terminate your contract and move to some other carrier. If they still ignore, post the issue on their official Facebook and Twitter page with the complain number and that should take care of the issue. Similar issues have been solved this way.
- When I receive text messages with emojis from an iPhone, why do the messages only appear partially? My phone is a "Verizon Samsung Intensity II" slide phone. (Also it's blue but that doesn't matter.) Also, if I'm included in an iPhone group chat (spoiled rich friends, but not snobby…), I get each posted message as a separate message, so I'll end up randomly with 67 unread messages clogging up my inbox.
- Not being able to send photos through text? Whenever i go to send a photo to someone who doesn't have imessage (i have an iphone) it won't let me? Does anyone know how to fix this problem?
- My iphone already has a response written out to my txt messages? I have an iphone 5 and I received a simple txt message from a friend this morning saying, "where are you at?" When I opened the txt message the message bar had a responce written in it saying," home". I didn't even type anything? Does anyone know why there was already a response in there without me typing anything? Has anyone else had this problem?
- IPhone won't receive messages from people unless they have verizon? I got a new iPhone today with Verizon. Before that phone, I had a blackberry with Boost Mobile, so I decided that it would be easier to just keep my same number. But now when non-Verizon customers text me, my iPhone doesn't receive it but my Blackberry does. So basically people can get my texts from my iPhone but I can't get theirs. So should I take it back to the Verizon store, or is there a quick-fix solution?
